The current compatibility, tempo and key tools run in your browser from values you enter.
Browser tools
Song names, BPM values, keys and tap timing used in the current tools are processed on your device. They are not sent to Mashup Charts by the tool pages.
Contact and submissions
If you contact the editorial or copyright desk, the information in your message is used to respond, evaluate the request and keep an appropriate record.
Hosting data
Our host may process request logs, approximate location, device and security information needed to serve and protect the site. Any analytics added later will be documented here before use.
Embedded videos
Listening pages load YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player from youtube-nocookie.com. Loading an embedded player connects your browser to YouTube, which receives connection and device information. Playback is governed by YouTube’s policies. Direct YouTube links are also available beneath each player.
Future audio analysis
If an upload-based analyzer launches, its page will explain the processing location, retention period and deletion behavior before selection. The intended policy is private processing and automatic deletion—not a public media library.
