About Mashup Charts

Where songs meet—and the craft gets explained.

Mashup Charts is a newly operated independent publication. It is not the original site team and does not claim ownership of the former publication’s work.

A responsible second chapter

The historical domain was known for cataloging music mashups and their creators. This new publication continues the subject honestly: curated discovery, practical music tools, original guides and carefully researched historical references.

We do not copy archived articles, rehost old MP3s or turn unrelated backlink authority into a generic news site.

What we publish

Our launch focuses on creator-uploaded listening picks, practical BPM and key tools, remix-culture guides and a separate historical archive. There are no weekly popularity rankings or AI generation features at launch.

How the archive works

Old URLs are restored only when surviving sources support a useful page. Listening picks use creator-uploaded videos through the platform’s player. If a creator-controlled source cannot be verified, the page remains documentary and says so clearly.
